Welcome to Jason Olim's Entrepreneur Wiki, dedicated to the study of entrepreneurs!

This site is a compilation of what I've learned about entrepreneurs. My goal is to organize enough knowledge about entrepreneurs in one place to allow me to create a textbook on entrepreneurs.

There is a lot of material on entrepreneurship as a business discipline. Generally, entrepreneurial education teaches about innovation, marketing, basic finance and venture financing. See Training for a history of entrepreneurial education.

What is lacking is information on the entrepreneurs themselves. My entrepreneurship wiki takes a psychological approach to organize the body of knowledge about entrepreneurs. Topics are organized around major themes, like chapters in a textbook, including:

2. Individual differences among entrepreneurs,
3. The Entrepreneurial Environment,
4. Entrepreneurial Emergence,
5. Entrepreneurial Activities,
6. Entrepreneurial Outcomes (or measuring success),

The main goal of this effort will be to create useful knowledge. This would include valid advice for entrepreneurs, investors and the like.
